My journey began as an educator, where I honed my ability to engage, inspire, and empower adult learners. Backed by certification in adult education competence, I developed a deep understanding of how adults learn best.

In 2019, I transitioned into the field of instructional design, blending my teaching expertise with cutting-edge learning technologies and design principles. Through a Master's degree in Online Tools and additional certifications from accredited institutes, I have built a robust skill set that spans curriculum development, e-learning design, learning management systems, and performance improvement strategies.
